Summary: Our 1.5 GPM Faucet Improver uses only 1.5 Gallons Per Minute to do the job. Increase spray velocity while reducing splash and water waste. Every time you shave, brush teeth, wash hands, dishes or vegetables (etc.) you'll know you're doing something good for the environment! You'll also know you're saving money. Dual threaded design allows for easy installation on any standard faucet head - male or female. Save water and energy all year long. Product lasts for years! Enjoy!
Installation Guidelines
Tools needed: fingertips or crescent wrench. Check to make sure your faucet has threads first. If your current "aerator" can be rotated easily and loosened with either your fingers or a crescent wrench, then you should have no problem installing the 1.5 GPM Faucet Improver yourself. Give the head a twist. You may need to squeeze and turn "hard." But don't force it! If your existing faucet head is resistant, please consult a professional, before you destroy an old, inefficient mechanism, like I did my sister's back in October, 2003. The last thing you want is to replace an entire faucet arm and head. Replacing only the head is an easy, inexpensive upgrade under normal conditions.
Easy Directions: "Twist-out" the old aerator and "twist-in" the new, improved one. Make sure the threads line up smoothly between the faucet arm and the new faucet improver. If your faucets are the right size and they cooperate, the entire operation should take under 2 minutes. Enjoy!
Important - Please Read
Our 1.5 GPM Faucet Improver works only with standard faucet heads. If you have a custom-sized faucet, such as Grohle or a small-sized faucet such as Crane & Sterling, this item will not fit. We will have upgrades for Crane & Sterling style faucets in the nearest possible future.
How to Identify Whether Your Faucet Will Work
Look carefully at the area where your faucet head attaches to its faucet arm. If you see naked threading, this is an easy fit! Just "screw-in" the new product when it arrives.
