We've done our homework. GOOD COMMON SENSE believes what the scientists, climatologists, biologists, environmentalists, sociologists, anthropologists, meteorologists, security analysts, & economists of the world are saying -- even if the politicians don’t.
-->The environment is in trouble; Global Warming is real; sustainable consumption is a must.

Some Facts About Global Warming, 2006
2005 was the biggest greenhouse gas year on record (World News)
According to Project for the New American Dream: "The period from 1987 to 2003 saw a temperature increase of 1.5 degrees Fahrenheit," in US National Parks, our forests are 6 times more likely to catch ablaze than they were 30 years ago.
> Scientfic consensus has said that by 2025, there will be no more coral reefs anywhere in the world due to rising temperatures in the world's oceans and uncontrollable bleaching.
> Furthermore, due to loss of seasonal regularity, and the compounded problems of climate change, scientists fear a total loss of 50% of world species by the end of this century. For reference, the dinosaurs went extinct during a period in which the planet lost 13% of it's total species life.
Good To Know
In 1997, the average American HOME created approximately 26,028 lbs of Green House Gas emissions per year (13 tons). Of that total, 33.9% was attributable to space heating. 13.7% to water heating, and 8.2 percent to lighting. With simple energy efficiency improvements, Good Common Sense can cut 50% of that total -- and save you money, for years to come.
